All registered Ducks must also register with the PYFL to participate in the 2023 season. The PYFL registration can be found at www.pacificyouthfootballleague.com or by clicking on PYFL Website under the Site Links below.

 

You will need your insurance information and the following documents in order to complete the PYFL registration:
1. Current Player Photo: 
- Headshot - shoulders and up, no hat, no mouth guard, clear background 
- You can take the picture with your phone
- PLAYER PHOTO MUST BE A CLEAR IMAGE OF THE PLAYER'S FACE
2. Proof of Player Age
- Passport OR California ID OR Original Birth Certificate & School Verification - NO EXCEPTIONS
- School Verification document MUST show student photo & date of birth 
- Proof of age document(s) can be scanned or you can take a picture of them with your phone
- SCANS OR PHOTOS MUST BE CLEAR AND COMPLETE
3. Current Sports Physical
- Must be dated on or after 1/1/2023
- 2023 PYFL physical form can be found on the PYFL website or by clicking on PYFL Forms under Site Links below
4. Report Cards - Seniors and Playdown Juniors ONLY 
- 2022-23 School Year Report Cards
- ALL Seniors & Playdown Juniors MUST upload Report Cards
